Das Polyester Material ist leicht aber gleichzeitig auch robust.
Weitere Produktmerkmale: stark dehnbar, flexibel, abriebfest und beständig gegen Chemikalien.
Verarbeitungshinweise: Nach den Schneiden mit der Schere neigen die freien Enden des Schlauches zum Ausfransen. Die Schlauchenden sollten daher während der Installation wenig beansprucht werden und anschließend fixiert werden, z. Bsp. durch einen Schrumpfschlauch, mit einem Klebeband, mit einem Kabelbinder. Falls der Schlauch mit einem Heißschneidegerät oder mit einem Lötkolbenmesser durchtrennt wird verschmelzen die Gewebefasern und spleißen nicht mehr auf.
