Das Video-Interface ermöglicht das Einspeisen einer Rückfahrkamera und von zwei beliebigen Video-Quellen (z.B. USB-Player, DVB-T2 Tuner, ...) an das Werks-Infotainment System des Fahrzeugherstellers.

Einschränkungen

Nur Video Das Interface speist NUR Video-Signale in das Infotainment ein. Um Audio-Signale einzuspeisen, kann der Werks-Audio-AUX- Eingang oder ein FM-Modulator genutzt werden.
Werks-Rückfahrkamera Automatische Umschaltung auf RFK nur solange der Rückwärtsgang eingelegt ist. Zum Verzögern der Rückschaltung ist zusätzliche Elektronik notwendig.
Abstandslinien und PDC Die Darstellung der Abstandslinien und der optischen PDC Anzeige funktioniert nicht in allen Fahrzeugen. Bei 6.5 Zoll Monitoren ist eine Darstellung der PDC Auto Grafik nicht möglich.
Ultra-Breitbild-Modus Nur verfügbar für Ultrawide-Monitore 8.8/10.2 Zoll.
Video Eingangsformat Nur NTSC Video-Quellen kompatibel.

Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
